OKAS OKTrack

The platform that runs production at defence and aerospace supplier OKAS through one traceable flow, from incoming inspection to invoicing.

In surface treatment and machining, the same part moves through different stations. Every movement must show who performed it, when it happened and which inspection governed it. In defence and aerospace supply, that record is the operation itself.

OKTrack brought a workflow previously spread across spreadsheets and disconnected records into one data model. It established a shared state language from incoming parts and operation routes to station activity, quality control and invoicing.

Incoming inspection
